Sales process

Find answers to common questions about purchasing, implementation, and support for bringing Friendzy to your school.

  • Schedule a live demo with a Partnership Specialist, and we’ll get the ball rolling!

  • Pricing varies based on your school’s needs and student population size! Reach out to your Partnership Specialist, and we’ll walk you through the best options for your school. As a nonprofit organization, we strive to make our program accessible to all schools, regardless of budget.

  • Your Friendzy program includes everything you need for a successful launch, including print materials (teacher guide and student workbooks), access to the Teacher Resource Portal, professional development options, the Friendzy Foundations portal, and ongoing support from the Whole School Care team throughout the year. Some additional services like custom training or assessments are available at an extra cost.

  • You bet! Reach out to your Partnership Specialist to explore for district or diocesan-wide pricing options.

  • Friendzy works best as a whole-school initiative, creating a unified language across grade levels. Let’s talk about what’s best for your school!

  • We sure do! Start with our Launch Well program to get a taste of Friendzy before going all in.

  • Yes! Many schools use federal funding to cover Friendzy. Let’s discuss how to make it work for your school.

  • As a nonprofit, we’re committed to helping schools find solutions that fit their budgets. Let’s explore what’s possible together!

  • No worries! We know that enrollment fluctuates and plans change – just let us know, and we’ll update your order accordingly.

Onboarding process

Find answers to common questions about getting started with Friendzy, our comprehensive training, resources, and support to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.

  • Each school will be introduced to a School Success Specialist–your go-to Friendzy maven. We'd love to introduce you! Email us at [email protected] and we'll connect you with your go-to Friendzy expert.

    Think of them as your personal guide, ready to answer all of your onboarding and implementation questions. Whether you need help with staff registrations, workbook orders, navigating the resource portal, or just want a friendly check-in, they’ve got your back. You’re never flying solo with Friendzy!

  • We’ve got you covered with three awesome professional development options, all included in your program cost. Choose what works best for your school:

    • Pre-Recorded Training: Use our 4-part video series and facilitator notes to run a full staff training at your own pace. Perfect for flexibility!

    • Live Webinars: Join one of our interactive training sessions hosted by Friendzy pros. Ask questions, get insights, and connect with other educators–all at no extra cost!

    • Self-Led Training: Want to take the lead? We’ve got a pre-built slideshow, so you can confidently roll out Friendzy with your staff.

    • Need a custom virtual or on-site training tailored specifically for your school? Just say the word, and we’ll start the conversation. (Additional costs apply for custom training–reach out for details!)

  • Absolutely! We’re here with you every step of the way. Our School Care team will continue to support you with:

    • Teacher Tips: Delivered straight to your inbox with up-to-date research, engaging activities and practice strategies to strengthen student connections and make Friendzy a breeze! 

    • Surveys: We keep improving and adapting to your needs

    • Webinars: Informative sessions throughout the year to keep you inspired and in the know

    One-on-One Support or Coaching: Need help? We’re just a quick call or email away

  • Easy peasy! Just reach out to your School Success Specialist, and they’ll issue an invoice and get your order shipped ASAP. Need them in a hurry? Let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen fast!

  • We’ll get you up and running in no time! Here’s the game plan:

    • Step 1: Leadership gets registered on the online resource portal ASAP, where they’ll find our Set Up to Start Implementation Guide–a roadmap for a smooth launch

    • Step 2: Come spring or early summer, let us know how many workbooks you need per grade-band, and we’ll get them shipped out.

    • Step 3: We register your staff on the online resource portal, so they have access to all the Friendzy resources they need

    • Step 4: Decide how you’d like to approach professional development–use our included PD options (pre-recorded series, live webinar, self-led training) or opt for a custom virtual or on-site training at an additional cost

Customer Support

Need help resolving an issue? This section provides answers to common troubleshooting questions, offering guidance and solutions to ensure a smooth experience with Friendzy.

  • We recommend spending about 4 weeks on each of the 8 units in your Friendzy volume, with explicit teaching once a week.

  • No worries at all! Just drop us a line at [email protected], and we’ll happily connect you with your awesome School Success Specialist.

  • As soon as Friendzy registers you on the online resource portal, you’ll get an email with login credentials–think of it as your VIP pass to all things Friendzy! Sometimes, that email likes to play hide-and-seek in your spam or junk folder, so check there first. Once you find it, head over to the resource portal to log in and get started!

    If you are a Friendzy Program Facilitator looking to get Resource Portal accounts created for your full team, please click on the attached spreadsheet and look at the bottom tabs to identify which portal you want your staff to be registered on (K-8, Early Ed, or High School), fill out the cells with first and last names + school email addresses of your staff, and share the document with your School Success Specialist or [email protected]

  • No worries–we’ve got your back! Just email your School Success Specialist and they will work their magic to reset your login information and get you back on track.

  • Absolutely! We believe in whole-school implementation. Just send the names and email addresses of any teachers who want access to your School Success Specialist, and we’ll get them all set up!

  • With so many great resources, it can feel like searching for hidden treasure! But no need to dig–just email your School Success Specialist and we’ll point you in the right direction.

  • We’ve got you covered with a range of PD options! From our pre-recording video series and live webinars to self-guided training, there’s something for every teacher. If you’re looking for something custom, we also offer virtual and on-site training for an additional cost. If you need more details or have specific needs, just reach out to your School Success Specialist.

  • If some workbooks are missing, reach out to your School Success Specialist, and we’ll do a little detective work! We’ll check to see if there was a shipping hiccup or if your order arrived as expected and you simply need more.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t accept exchanges, but we’re happy to work with you to find a solution! Reach out to your School Success Specialist, and we’ll explore the best options together.

  • Laura, our awesome Lead Project Manager, is the go-to expert on all things Insights assessment. She works closely with the Insights team and is ready to help you out! Just send her an email at [email protected], and she’ll get you sorted!
