Core Value Index Professional Development
TEAM BUILDING IS EASY AS 1, 2, 3!
This interactive PD session introduces a tool called the CVI (Core Value Index) and how to use it as part of a strengths based approach to building connection and community amongst educator peers and in the classroom with students. Have each participant complete the CVI assessment before the session and have their results handy. If needed, there will be time during the session to complete the assessment.
IT’S FUN AND ENGAGING
1. Set a date and time to meet as a team.
2. Prior to gathering, send an e-mail with the link to the CVI assessment.
3. Before the session begins, spend 30 Minutes reviewing the facilitator notes.
